You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) receives the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us with a clear statement (e.g. via email) to [support@nokluofficial.com].
You may use the standard withdrawal form, but it’s not required.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive a full refund of all payments made up to that point (including standard shipping costs, but excluding any extra costs incurred by selecting a different delivery option).

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or you have provided proof of return — whichever comes first.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 14 days after you notify us of your wish to withdraw.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g. if the item has been worn, damaged, or washed).

Excluded from return

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken.
